Refund & Revision Policy

We want you to be genuinely happy with your website. This policy explains exactly when refunds apply, how our revisions work and how everything fits with PayPal's Buyer Protection. It applies to all paid services from Nero Luck Web Developers ("Nero Luck," "we," "us").

🀝 Our promise in one line: two full rounds of revisions on every build, a full refund if we haven't started, and fair, milestone-based terms once work is underway.

1. Free Demo β€” No Charge, No Risk

Our free homepage demo costs nothing. There is no payment and therefore nothing to refund. You only ever pay if you decide to move forward.

2. Web Design Package ($797, one-time)

Because every website is custom-made for your business, refunds are tied to project milestones:

  • Before work begins β€” if you change your mind before we start design or development, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • After work begins β€” once we have started, the portion of work already completed is non-refundable, reflecting the time and effort invested. Any remaining, unstarted portion may be refunded.
  • After the initial design is approved β€” once you approve the initial design direction, payments are non-refundable, as the bulk of the creative work is complete. We instead use your two included revision rounds to get everything right.
  • Completed to brief β€” a refund is not available where the work has been completed according to the brief and your approved feedback.

3. Revisions Come First

If something isn't right, please tell us β€” we'd much rather fix it than have you unhappy. Every build includes two full rounds of revisions, and we'll always work in good faith to resolve concerns before any refund question arises.

4. Care & Maintenance ($97/mo)

  • The plan is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime, effective at the end of your current billing period.
  • Cancelling stops future charges. The current month is non-refundable, as the service for that period has been made available to you.
  • To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date by emailing us.

5. How This Works With PayPal

All payments run through PayPal. PayPal Buyer Protection may cover eligible purchases that are not received or are "significantly not as described," with disputes generally raised within 180 days of payment. Please note that PayPal's standard Buyer Protection excludes certain custom-made items and services β€” so for our bespoke design work, this Refund Policy is the governing agreement between us. We honour it in good faith alongside any rights PayPal provides.

If there's ever a problem, we ask that you contact us first so we can resolve it quickly and directly β€” that's almost always the fastest path to a happy outcome. You retain your right to use PayPal's Resolution Center if needed.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@neroluck.agency with your name, the email used for payment and a short description of the issue. We'll respond within one business day and aim to resolve eligible refunds promptly. Approved refunds are returned to your original PayPal payment method.

7. Chargebacks

Please reach out to us before filing a chargeback β€” we're confident we can sort out any issue faster together than through a formal dispute.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. The latest version is always posted here.
