These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website neroluck.agency and the services provided by Nero Luck Web Developers ("Nero Luck," "we," "us"). By using our Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Nero Luck provides website design, development, optimisation, security and maintenance services for businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing for your project will be confirmed with you before work begins.
Quotes and free homepage demos are provided at no cost and with no obligation. A free demo is a preview created to help you decide; it does not transfer any ownership or guarantee a final design until a paid project is agreed.
Each Web Design Package includes two full rounds of revisions based on the agreed scope. Additional revisions, or changes that expand the original scope, may be quoted as extra work.
We aim to deliver most websites within days, not months. Timelines depend on the project's complexity and on receiving your content and feedback promptly. Estimated dates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees.
On full payment, you own the final website we deliver, including its content and design as built for you. Until full payment is received, all work product remains our property. We may display non-confidential work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain under their own licences.
Care & Maintenance is a recurring monthly subscription that continues until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current month (see our Refund Policy).
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, our services are provided "as is" without other warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nero Luck is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.
Your website may rely on third-party services (such as hosting, PayPal, fonts or plugins) that have their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or actions of those third parties.
Either party may end a project with written notice. If you end a project after work has begun, fees for work completed are payable and are non-refundable as described in the Refund Policy. We may suspend or end services for non-payment or misuse.
We will first try to resolve any dispute with you directly and in good faith. Any dispute not resolved informally will be handled under the applicable laws governing Nero Luck's operations. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site or our services means you accept the updated Terms.
